About this event

In the wake of the murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery, we are eager to explore how racism manifests in our community so that we can seek to dismantle it. This community conversation--focused on Winchester and facilitated by leaders from Temple Shir Tikvah, Winchester Unitarian Society, and the Network for Social Justice--is appropriate for youth and adults as we do the work to educate ourselves about how racism operates.

Those who register will receive an email with the link to participate a day in advance of the conversation.

The Network for Social Justice (formerly known as the Winchester Multicultural Network) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was founded in 1991. Its mission is to foster a movement for systemic change to advance equity and inclusion in the town of Winchester and beyond. This is accomplished by a three-pronged strategy of education, engagement, and activation.
